SUPER CLEAN WINDOWS ! My wife and I moved into our townhome up in the hills of San Clemente, CA about 3 months ago. After getting everything looking right inside we decided to get all the windows cleaned. I found this business with great reviews online and gave them a call on Monday. I spoke with Samantha who was able to give me a fairly accurate quote based on sq footage & number of windows. FAST SERVICE ! I was pretty happy with the price and Samantha's honest answers to my questions so I booked them to come out the next day...Tuesday. We took the option of between 10am & midday. Samantha said to expect a text a few minutes before the guys arrive. We cleared any decorative stuff or furniture pieces away from the windows early on Tuesday morning. AND IT WAS SO ! At around 9.45am I received a text saying they would arrive in 15 minutes. I met Giancarlo, Victor and Joel who are the sweetest guys....very polite. The guys did all their prep work and then got stuck into cleaning our windows. When working inside our house they all wore protective covers on their shoes. And they were very respectful of our furniture. It was pretty much all done and dusted within a couple of hours. Samantha estimated 25 windows when she gave me a quote over the phone but Giancarlo counted 21 windows including sliding glass doors which count as 2. In the end the price was even cheaper. The guys did a spectacular job so we gave them a pretty sold tip. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS BUSINESS !

Very professional , and thorough with the job, took before and after pics to show the rain gutters were clean. My rain gutters were quite bad and they took their time to make sure they were cleaned thoroughly. Everything was communicated via email as to what to expect beforehand. No hidden fees or up charges. I had my windows cleaned by this company today and was very pleased with their work. Victor and Eddie cleaned the interior and exterior windows upstairs and downstairs. They also cleaned the screens, tracks, and window sill. They were professional, thorough, careful, and super nice. I love that no harsh chemicals were used and yet the windows came out perfectly clean without streaks. This was my first time using Bright N Shiny and I plan to be a repeat customer. This was my first time having my windows professionally cleaned since buying my townhome 3 years ago. I always felt it wasn’t worth the cost, so it stayed at the back of my list. After a friend’s recommendation (due to bird droppings on my second-story window), I reached out to Bright N’ Shiny Windows to schedule a cleaning for all my windows and screens (1 slider, 2 upstairs bedrooms, 1 large living area, and 1 upstairs hallway). The owner was super friendly and helped me choose the right service without any pressure, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was. He even managed to schedule the staff for the same day, which was a huge plus as I was hosting a BBQ that weekend. He kept me updated on their arrival status, and they arrived 5 minutes early, ready to work.The team took a little over an hour to clean all the windows inside and out, along with the screens. They even noticed a hole in one of my screens (which I already knew about) and offered to replace it after confirming with me. I also saw one of the workers cleaning the track for my slider to make it open and close more smoothly. They took off their shoes while on my carpet without me needing to ask.My windows and screens are spotless! The owner followed up after the job to make sure I was happy with the service. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Hired Bright N Shiny for a tile roof cleaning. Jack Carlo was by himself, and spent over eight hours cleaning the tile roof, and we added cleaning the sides of the house (trim paint had stained the white house paint). He also cleaned the surrounding sidewalks, fences, and house. He did a fantastic job on everything. He was nonstop cleaning to make sure everythiogn was done just right. Strong recommendation.

Hired Bright N Shiny because they gave me a full quote based on the info they requested and their generally favorable reviews - they might not have been the absolute cheapest but they were clear on the price. Hired them and they came out 2 days later to clean all the windows and solar panels (10% discount for bundling the service). I gave them 5 stars because they were prompt, polite, and did an outstanding job. We haven't had the windows cleaned in 3 years and now everything is clean and clear. I still have to check solar output to see if cleaning made any difference in the wattage, but my wife was extremely happy when she got home - windows, tracks and screens were squeaky clean.

I love using Bright And Shiny Window Cleaning. Victor and Erick did an excellent job on our windows inside and out. Victor always takes the time to be thorough, and do an excellent job in evaluating our property with helping us with the necessary cleaning needs for it. Because of that, we were able to add more services with their company during that week as well. Giancarlo was able to handle the re-screening of some screens, repair, & refitting of that also. Samantha in the office takes the time to answer all my questions for pricing, as well. Kendra is amazing with handling all of the jobs that we are able to give their company.
